外形瘦瘦的、个子不高、满身都是纹身的Wiz-Khalifa(维兹-卡利法)，原名Cameron-Jibril-Thomaz(卡梅伦-贾布里勒-托马斯)，生于1987年9月8日，是美国宾夕法尼亚州匹兹堡出身的说唱歌手。他于2006年发行了自己的首张专辑《Show and Prove》，并于2007年签约华XXX唱片公司。2008年，他欧陆舞曲风格单曲《Say Yeah》，获得城市电台Urban Radio的播放并登上Rhythmic-Top四十佳和热门说唱歌曲“Hot Rap Tracks”榜。Wiz-Khalifa与华XXX唱片公司分道扬镳后，并于2009年11月发行了自己的第二张专辑《Deal or No Deal》。他的混音带《Kush and Orange Juice》于2010年4月问世，并提供免费下载，广受欢迎；接着，Wiz-Khalifa和某著名唱片公司签约，让Wiz-Khalifa成为全球瞩目的说唱歌星的单曲《Black and Yellow》就诞生了。这首热门单曲朗朗上口、曲韵轻松别致、音乐主题鲜明，十分耐听。
